I picked up this Bluebell Hand Painted folding table as a gift for my niece. When I first laid eyes on it, I was really impressed since she adores anything related to Bluebells! I placed the order, and it arrived super fast. However, we ran into a hiccup with the delivery. I received an email saying it had been delivered and accepted by the recipient, but that wasn’t true—I never got the package. Carl was fantastic when we reached out to him; he figured out that it had actually been delivered to a different house three miles away. He even got a photo showing the parcel left in the porch of that house. We decided to head over to Walton Village to find a place with a green door, just like in the picture. After some searching, we finally found the parcel sitting in the porch of that house—turns out the delivery person must’ve missed the occupant since they were out all day. In the end, everything turned out fine, and I don’t blame your company for the mix-up. I’m giving you 5 stars because this issue didn’t reflect on your service or the quality of the product I received. The package was addressed correctly. I have to say, the table is absolutely beautiful—I’m even thinking about getting one for my daughter’s birthday since she loves Bluebells too! By the way, do you have a catalog of your products? If not, I can always check out your website. Big thanks to Carl for helping us sort out the issue at the start. We were really happy to finally track it down!

The folks at Hurst's are always there to provide solid advice in all their shops, and they’re super helpful when you call to ask about products. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Ordering online was a breeze, and I appreciated the updates on delivery times – really handy!

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, ran into some problems with the delivery service, so I can't really say much about the order itself right now. The company I bought from has a solid track record for quick dispatch and they keep you informed about everything, plus their customer service is top-notch. I’d definitely suggest giving them a try. Edit... It finally arrived, and it's a good piece of gear—really pleased with my buy.

You might just get a random email days later saying, 'Oops, we don't have that,' even after you've already paid. Customer service used to be decent, but now it's just not up to par.
